Warranty Policy
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Subject to the conditions and exclusions set forth below, Novexseek (hereinafter “Novex” or “we”) warrants that its two-way radios, weather receivers, speakers, antennas, Bluetooth intercoms, and accessories (hereinafter “Novex Products”) of all brands will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and in accordance with Novex's published guidelines for the warranty period defined below.
We limit the duration and remedies of all implied warranties, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the duration of this express limited warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Our responsibility for defective products is limited to repair or replacement as described in the warranty statement below.
Who May Use This Warranty?
This limited warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser (hereinafter “you”) of the product from Novex or an authorized Novex product dealer. This warranty does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the product.
What Does This Warranty Cover?
Subject to the exclusions described below, this limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of Novex Products for the warranty period defined below.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This limited warranty does not cover:
Consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that wear down over time, unless the failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
Damage caused by shipping, storage, or improper use;
Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions or perform any preventative maintenance;
Novex Products that have been modified without Novex's written permission;
Damage caused by unauthorized repair;
Defects caused by normal wear and tear;
Damage caused by external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other acts or events beyond our reasonable control;
Novex Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or internet auction sites (including eBay).
How Long Does the Warranty Last? This limited warranty is effective from the date of purchase and is valid for: (a) 3 months for all walkie-talkies and two-way radios; (b) 3 months for all other Novex products (“Warranty Period”). The warranty period will not be extended even if we repair or replace the product. We may, at our sole discretion, change the scope of this limited warranty, but any changes will not be retroactive.
What are your remedies under this warranty?
During the warranty period, for any defective product, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the product (or its defective parts) free of charge. We will also pay the shipping and handling costs to return the repaired or replaced product to you. Note: Some discontinued or out-of-stock products may not be repairable or replaceable. In such cases, Novex may, at its sole discretion, replace your product with a similar model or refund your purchase price.
How to obtain warranty service?
Before obtaining warranty service, Novex may require you to provide proof of purchase, answer relevant questions designed to help diagnose potential problems, and follow Novex's warranty service process.

Limitation of Liability
The remedies described above are your sole and exclusive remedies and our entire liability for any breach of this limited warranty. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you actually paid for the defective product, and in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
